Independent game studio (Phosfiend Systems) looking for a talented, versatile programmer for 6-month full-time contract (with possibility of extension). Looking to optimize and expand on the IGF award-winning game FRACT into a full release. Position would start May 2011.

Experience with Unreal (UDK) or Unity game engine necessary, atleast 1 published PC/Mac or console title preferred. Experience programming/working with sound is a big plus. Studio is based in Montreal (Canada), so local candidates are preferred, though open to telecommuting for the right person. Please send cover letter, CV and links to portfolio to fractgame[at]gmail[dot]com.

Oh -- good luck finding the right person!  Were this another time, I might go after the job myself, but for now I'm quite occupied.

I wish you the best in finding someone!

I'm one of the many people who enjoyed your game at GDC. This project definitely deserves a good programmer.
